The Philanthropy and Nonprofit Outreach Coordinator will connect with equity-minded nonprofits and nonprofit-sector-serving organizations, low-wage nonprofit workers, and pay equity and HR thought leaders. Specifically they will:

* Solicit video-interviews and blog posts from nonprofit workers and from class-equity-minded nonprofit/philanthropy thought-leaders;

* Spread those pieces through our social media and Advisory Council members' organizations' social media;

* Get some media coverage (mainstream and nonprofit sector specific) and share/circulate those links;

* Propose sessions at nonprofit conferences and other events in late 2021 and 2022; represent StM at any appropriate nonprofit sector events.

3. To build and continue the Staffing the Mission project, a 2021 goal is to raise enough money to staff this position and other StM expenses in 2022.
