Programs Associate ๐Ÿ”ฅ

The Pollination Project is a pioneering international foundation dedicated to uplifting individual action and shifting the field of philanthropy. We use the money we raise to invest in grassroots projects by people who seek to create a more compassionate world. Every day of the year, our network selects a new project that will receive $1,000 in seed funding. As that project blossoms, leaders can access capacity-building support, encouragement, and connectivity with others. Through these efforts, we seed a vibrant community of global changemakers who seek to spread compassion in the world for the benefit of all.

The Programs Associate will join a team dedicated to supporting grantees, grant advisors, and other members of our community. He/she should be a relationship-builder with strong attention to detail, an entrepreneurial spirit, and a heart for service. This role will play a part in optimizing the grantmaking process, as well as expanding the non-financial aspects of the organization's theory of change, including community-building, capacity-building, and coordination of shared learning experiences. This position requires commitment, flexibility, and technological proficiency.
