Responsibilities:
Source candidates using a variety of search methods to build a robust candidate pipeline.
Screen candidates by reviewing resumes and job applications, and performing phone screenings.
Perform reference checks as needed.
Stay abreast of recruiting trends and best practices.
Manage the overall interview, selection, and closing process.
The key is that this will be a proactive role, doing outreach to promising candidates and networking with centers of influence to find the best talent. Please keep this in mind, as this role is not a passive “resume review” position, but rather one that requires hustle and energy to find the best possible talent available.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
3 years of recruiting experience preferred
Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing.
Native English speaker.
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Working knowledge of interview techniques and applicant screening methods
Familiar with a wide variety of sourcing avenues
